At 10:18am local time on October 18th 2021, our team in China opened our very first office outside the UK. With support from our funders, Intron Technology Holdings Ltd (1760:HKG), the team worked hard to secure this large space in west Shanghai known for automotive electronics and autonomous driving technology.
Led by Dr Ke Lu, co-founder and CTO, the opening ceremony was held with our staff and guests with a little help from a couple of our prototype robots.
Our team in China is an essential part of our global strategy
and we are so happy to see our talented engineers transition from our university campus office to a brilliant new space (complete with lab!).
