Antobot at Agri-Tech Centres Annual Conference 2022

Updated: May 9, 2022

On Thursday 21st April, Antobot exhibited our latest robotics technology at the Agri-Tech Centres Annual Conference held at the Congress Centre in London which brought together thought-leaders from the agri-food industry, research and policy alongside the 4 UK Agri-Tech Centres – Agrimetrics, Agri-EPI Centre, CHAP and CIEL to discuss the opportunities and challenges around harnessing innovation and technology for sustainable agri-food systems.

The morning featured an opening speech from Jo Churchill MP, Minister for Agri-Innovation and Climate Adaptation at the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) on the UK government’s future vision for agriculture.

“Food production and environmental protection go hand in hand. They are two sides of the same coin. The steps we are taking to encourage a more sustainable model of agriculture are also helping the resilience and profitability of farm businesses – but innovation is crucial: data, AI, and Robotics.” – Jo Churchill MP
